Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

At Riffles, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure quality in every product we ship. However, in rare cases where issues arise, the following policy outlines our procedures clearly and transparently.


1. Payment Policy

• All purchases made on the Riffles website must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
• We accept secure online payment methods including:

  • UPI
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
    • Riffles does not store, process, or retain any card or banking details on its servers. All transactions are handled through secure payment gateways.

2. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

• Once an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the registered email or mobile number.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within the standard processing timeline mentioned on the website.
• Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer.


3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately with their Order ID.

📌 Cancellation requests received after dispatch will be automatically rejected.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

✔ Product received is damaged
✔ Product delivered is incorrect / different from the order placed
✔ Product has manufacturing defects

Not Eligible for Refund

✖ Change of mind after purchase
✖ Dissatisfaction due to personal preference
✖ Size, color, or design mismatch (unless incorrect item delivered)
✖ Normal wear and tear
✖ Product damaged due to improper handling after delivery


5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Contact Riffles customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product
  2. Share the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images/videos of the product showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and verify the request
  4. Upon approval, the refund will be processed

⚠️ Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


6. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
• Refund processing time:

  • 7–10 working days, depending on bank or payment provider
    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side

7. Replacement Policy

• Customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund
• Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Replacement is subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Verification of damage or defect

• If the same product is unavailable, an alternative or refund may be offered at our discretion.


8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Do not use the item
  • Capture clear images/videos immediately
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the request.
