Anyone who wishes to buy authentic Rifles TVM products can purchase from our online merchandise portal. This includes members of Rifles TVM, trainees, supporters, and the general public. There are no membership requirements—if you like the products and wish to buy them, you’re welcome here.

Yes — all merchandise sold on this site is officially licensed and approved by Rifles TVM. This means every T-shirt, cap, accessory, or bag you see has been authorized by the organization and is genuine Rifles TVM merchandise.

We make every effort to show accurate product images on the website. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting during photography, or manufacturing processes. These minor differences are normal and do not affect product quality.

Each clothing product available on the site includes a size guide chart. Before completing your purchase, please refer carefully to this size guide to determine the best fit. Since size-based returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, reviewing the size information in advance will help you pick the correct size and avoid disappointment.

Yes. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways that use encryption and other safety measures to protect your data. We do not store any card details, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers — your financial information remains private and secure.

At this time, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid using one of the online payment options accepted on the site. This ensures faster processing and shipping of your products.

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, delivery usually takes approximately 5–10 working days. The actual time may vary based on your location, courier service availability, and unforeseen delays such as public holidays or logistics disruptions.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation message or email containing your order number, product details, and payment information. Keep this confirmation for future reference (e.g., tracking or support). 

Currently, delivery is limited to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must be shipped to an Indian address. 

Yes — but only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you want to cancel, contact customer support with your order ID immediately before the shipment process begins.

You are eligible for a refund only in the following situations:

  • If you receive a damaged product
  • If the wrong item was delivered
  • If there is a manufacturing defect with the product
    Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos/videos of the issue.

No. Refunds or replacements are not available for issues related to size or colour preferences. For example, if you ordered a size that doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind about the colour, these do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Be sure to verify product details before ordering.

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photographs/videos showing the problem (damage, defect, or wrong item)
    Our support team will then review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Once a refund request is approved, the amount is processed back to your original payment method. This typically takes about 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on banking and payment provider processes. 

We collect only the essential information needed to process and deliver your order, such as your name, contact details, and shipping address. We do not collect or store unnecessary personal data.
